The 2nd grade students have been learning all about scientists and the impact they have on the world around us. Mrs. Ferrer invited Alexandra Reimers, an analytical chemist and North Coleman alum, to visit with our class alongside her team. They discussed their jobs, what goes on inside of an actual lab and answered tons of questions from our students. The scientists were from Invicro, a biotechnology research agency within the maritime industry, who work mostly with large cargo carrier and cruise ship companies.
